For buying groups and central procurement teams

Supplier approval software for buying groups.

Replace scattered evidence requests and approval decisions with one buyer-owned workflow. Define the policy, invite each supplier, record Accepted or Rejected outcomes, and retain the exact policy version behind every decision.

Synthetic product screen

One decision record across the group.

Central teams can see what was requested, which policy applied, and what the buyer decided without presenting supplier claims as independently verified facts.

The screen and CSV use fictional sample data. Real workspaces and exports remain private and buyer-scoped.

01

Buyer-defined policy

Set required evidence and decision rules for the supplier relationship. New versions do not erase the policy used for earlier decisions.

02

Supplier submission

Suppliers receive a scoped invite and submit only the evidence the buyer requests. Supplier access remains free.

03

Auditable outcome

Reviewers record Accepted or Rejected evidence outcomes and preserve the resulting Approved, Conditional, or Blocked decision history.

Test one real approval workflow in 30 days.

Evidence boundaries

The buyer remains the decision-maker.

XveriTrade does not independently authenticate supplier-submitted documents, certify suppliers, sell approval outcomes, or rank suppliers.

Provider-verified refers only to transaction signals received from a connected provider. Those signals remain separate from private buyer approval records.

Commercial questions

A narrow offer with explicit boundaries.

Who pays for XveriTrade?

The buying organization pays for its workspace. Suppliers do not pay to submit evidence, claim a profile, or connect supported transaction providers.

Does XveriTrade verify supplier documents?

No. Supplier documents are supplier-submitted and buyer-reviewed. XveriTrade records the policy, evidence, reviewer outcome, and audit history without claiming independent document authentication.

What is included in the founding pilot?

The guided 30-day pilot covers one buyer workspace and up to 5 active supplier relationships at no charge.

What happens after the pilot?

The buyer can stop or continue for EUR 299 per month plus applicable VAT for one workspace and up to 25 active supplier relationships.

What happens before a pilot starts?

Alexander uses a 20-minute fit call to map one real approval workflow, confirm the buyer owner and supplier cohort, and agree what a useful outcome would be. The call does not require payment or a pilot commitment.
