XveriTrade is operated by Sosiale AI OÜ, an Estonian private limited company registered under code 17034664. Its correspondence address is Sigmaringer Str. 29, 70567 Stuttgart, Germany. The seller for new paid engagements is Sosiale AI OÜ. New paid engagements are on hold while our Estonian checkout is being finalized. Applications and fit calls remain free. XveriTrade provides software for buyer-defined supplier approval policies, evidence collection, explicit buyer review outcomes, provider transaction signals, and audit records. The service does not sell goods, independently authenticate supplier-submitted documents, process buyer-to-supplier payments, broker transactions, or host subjective commentary.

Founding Sprint Applications

Submitting an application asks XveriTrade to review the described buyer workflow and contact the applicant. Applying and the initial 20-minute fit call are free. An application does not accept a paid service, create a charge or subscription, or enroll the applicant in marketing email. If accepted by both parties, the founding approval sprint costs EUR 499 plus applicable tax and covers a 14-day founder-guided engagement for one buyer workspace and up to 3 active supplier relationships, unless a different written scope is agreed before payment.

Fees, Renewal, And Cancellation

The founding sprint is a one-time service fee payable after the written scope and billing treatment are confirmed. Its written scope controls the kickoff date and delivery obligations. The optional founding continuation is EUR 299 per month plus applicable tax for one buyer workspace and up to 25 active supplier relationships. Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment under the merchant name displayed there. A continuation renews monthly until canceled. Customers can request cancellation through the support address below before the next renewal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Taxes And Billing Details

Customers are responsible for accurate company, billing-address, and tax-identification details. Stripe calculates taxes based on the billing information, product classification, and the billing entity's active tax registrations. Prices exclude taxes unless checkout states otherwise.

Accounts And Authority

Users are responsible for account security and for keeping access credentials confidential. Suppliers may connect only provider accounts or restricted credentials they are authorized to use. Buyers may submit evidence only for completed supplier relationships they are authorized to document.

Evidence And Approval Records

Provider signals, buyer-submitted evidence, supplier-submitted evidence, policy versions, review outcomes, claim events, and approval actions are stored as factual workflow records. An Accepted outcome records the buyer's review decision; it is not an XveriTrade authenticity certification. Supplier claims do not erase historical buyer evidence, bypass approval rules, or grant deletion rights over buyer audit history.

Acceptable Use

• Do not submit false evidence, fabricated provider data, or credentials you cannot use lawfully.
• Do not bypass access controls, private routes, buyer isolation, or connector security checks.
• Do not use the service for unlawful outreach, scraping private flows, or interfering with operations.

Operational Limits

The service may change, pause, or restrict access to protect users, comply with law, respond to abuse, or maintain reliability. XveriTrade provides workflow records and provider signals for operational use; buyers remain responsible for their supplier approval decisions.
